Job Description:
Windstream Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and solve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resilient personality traits to effectively handle a variety of customer interactions. 2. Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues. 3. Creative problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs. 4. Previous experience in customer support roles preferred. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
