Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Icahn Enterprises as a part-time Customer Support Officer in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level team member, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Assist in training new team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
