Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team at DTE Energy in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority and requires 0 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service orders. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 4. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer support team.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities. 2. Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and respond to customer needs. 4. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 5.
