Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no minimum years of experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information and support to customers. 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 4. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to implement necessary improvements.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 3. Project management skills to prioritize and organize tasks effectively. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 5. Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies. 6.
