Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for motivated and resilient individuals who possess creativity and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and warranty claims - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic - Creativity and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers - Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
