Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team at LKQ in Wellington, NZ. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learning and adapting to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
