Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team at Computer Sciences. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and motivated.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask - Leadership skills to help guide and support team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
