Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home


Job Description: As a Customer Support Officer at Navistar International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality with a positive attitude - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
