Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 6. Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. 7. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours.
