Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


HP is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Handle escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 3. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
