Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Representative to join our team at DTE Energy in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to management. 8. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies. 9. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 6. Innovativeness and adaptability in addressing customer needs. 7. Dedication to providing outstanding customer support. 8. Resilience in handling challenging situations.
