Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


PG&E Corp. is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for adaptable and energetic individuals with a keen attention to detail and a strong ability to work in a team environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our services. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 6. Identify areas for improvement in processes and customer service strategies.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
