Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat - Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Assisting with marketing and sales initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others - Strong people management and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly - Must be dedicated and hardworking
