Job Description:
Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations. 3. Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers with their queries. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and complaints. 6. Document all customer interactions and follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
