Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Fluor is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Fluor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with customers - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in customer support or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
