Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Tyson Foods is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for someone who is independent, hardworking, and able to research and collaborate effectively with our team.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide insights to improve customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Strong research skills to find solutions to customer problems - Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
