Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Dana Holding is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and order processing. 3. Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide effective solutions. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve processes. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution. 8. Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent research skills to effectively troubleshoot customer inquiries. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
