Job Description - Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


Amphenol is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Conduct research and gather relevant information to effectively address customer concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Dedication and independence. 2. Soft skills: Adaptability, research skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
