Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at DuPont in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience - Make decisions independently to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience with remote customer support is preferred
