Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


State Farm Insurance Co. is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to State Farm Insurance Co. clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, claims, and policy information. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on State Farm Insurance Co. products, services, and industry trends. 7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency with computers and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
