Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Gentrack Group is seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to work from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for hardworking and passionate individuals who possess excellent critical thinking skills and have a strong sense of cooperation.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Serve as a product expert and provide customers with guidance on how to effectively use our software - Assist with training new customers and providing ongoing support as needed - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - High level of cooperation and the ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
