Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand. We are looking for an Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat. - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. - Document all customer interactions and maintain customer records. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. - Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide follow-up as needed. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Driven and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve effectively. - Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.
