Job Description: DuPont is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Use company software to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve effectively - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
