Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or online ordering system - Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Resilient in the face of challenging situations - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of commonly used computer applications such as Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent required
