Remote Live Chat Assistant

Narrative is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and assist with problem-solving. You will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat - Provide excellent customer service and support - Answer customer queries and solve problems efficiently - Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and leadership skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools - Experience in a customer service or support role - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
