Job Description - Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


Ashland is seeking a passionate and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for those looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with problem resolution. 2. Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner. 3. Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while representing the company's brand. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Independent and self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
