Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a hardworking and resilient Live Chat Associate to join our team at our Dunedin, Otago location. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve - Proficient in computer skills and online chat platforms
