Job Description - Live Chat Associate

Job Description:


Chorus, a leading company in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a hardworking and confident Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Use persuasion and negotiation skills to upsell products and services to customers during chat sessions. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of all chat interactions and report any recurring issues to the appropriate team for resolution.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. 4. Confident and able to think on your feet to provide quick and effective solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills.
