Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat, email, and other online communication channels. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of written English. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with a remote team. 4. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and handle challenging situations with diplomacy. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other online communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
