Job Description:

Sunfed Meats is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain a positive attitude and foster a supportive team environment - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience working with live chat systems is a plus - A passion for customer service and innovation
