Job Description:

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with guests and potential guests of our hotels.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information about Hilton hotels, amenities, and promotions - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a professional and timely manner - Utilize project management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company guidelines and procedures to uphold Hilton's standards of service excellence - Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton, embodying the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using chat software and online customer service platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards conflict resolution - Vision insurance, dental insurance, and company-provided equipment - Equal opportunity employer
