Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a reliable and confident Live Chat Associate to work from home in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide exceptional customer service and support. This position is part-time, with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance 2. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance 7. Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Strong project management and analysis skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in using chat software and other online tools 6. Reliable internet connection and home office setup 7. Confidence in interacting with customers in a professional manner
