Job Description:
Lennar, a leading home construction company, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the live chat communication channel, ensuring exceptional customer service and engagement with website visitors. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase engagement - Monitor chat transcripts and provide feedback and training to agents - Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and consistent messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the live chat experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and motivated team culture
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a live chat management role - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong planning and creativity skills - Familiarity with chat software and customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
