Job Description - Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Choice is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, and we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service and managing live chat platforms.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the live chat platform, including monitoring chat volume, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates through live chat - Train and onboard new chat agents, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in live chat technology and customer service


Requirements: - Passionate and hardworking individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service and managing live chat platforms - Attention to detail, presentation, and organizational skills are essential - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software programs - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
