Job Description:
Hess is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 8 years of experience in customer service and live chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat operations, including ensuring timely responses, quality customer service, and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, including training, scheduling, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze live chat metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success - Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to align live chat efforts with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in live chat technology - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to resolve issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service and live chat management - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Demonstrated cooperation and planning soft skills - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
