Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and efficiency - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales - Work closely with other departments to align live chat goals with overall business objectives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the live chat experience


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a live chat management role - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Driven and hardworking attitude - Proficiency in live chat software and systems
