Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer in Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate to appropriate team members as needed - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and resourceful individual who can work efficiently in a remote environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools
