Job Description - Live Chat Officer


Job Description:


Health Net is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires a high level of independence and a driven personality to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide information about Health Net products and services. 2. Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter while using our online platform. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and drive positive outcomes. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems. 6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
