Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and possess a high level of energy and drive.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and assistance via live chat services - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and other concerns in a professional and timely manner - Multi-task and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Work towards understanding and exceeding customer expectations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
