Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

The Warehouse Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 4. Assist with order processing and product information queries 5. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to better assist customers 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills 2. Ability to work well in a team environment 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 6. Strong problem-solving skills 7. Knowledge of customer service best practices 8. Must be adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs 9. Must be motivated to provide exceptional customer service
