Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at Kindred Healthcare in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via live chat to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to adapt to different situations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat queues and optimize response times - Utilize strategic planning skills to improve chat processes and efficiency

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Experience with strategic planning and process improvement - Proficiency in using live chat software and multitasking effectively
