Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a dedicated and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to answer queries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and make recommendations to management.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. 7. Must be able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
