Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Leucadia National is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Strong critical thinking skills - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools
