Remote Live Chat Officer

Job description: DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and planning skills to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
