Job Description:

Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join their team as a Live Chat Officer. This is a part-time position that allows employees to work from the comfort of their own home in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Upsell products or services when appropriate - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Prior experience in customer service is preferred - Proficiency in typing and using chat platforms - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
