Job Description - Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Kraft Heinz is seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website, products, and services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
