Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ryder System is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member 4. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times 5. Utilize strong written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment 2. Attention to detail and strong presentation skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
