Remote Live Chat Representative

Target is seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Use a variety of communication tools and platforms to assist customers effectively. 3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions with customers. 4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor chat queues and respond to inquiries promptly. 7. Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 8. Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures for the live chat service.

Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with a customer-centric approach. 2. Resourceful problem-solver with strong presentation skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
