Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

NRG Energy is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to work from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and possess strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist with any issues or concerns - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and achieve departmental goals - Stay up to date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Strong negotiation and innovation skills
