Job Description:


Salesforce.com is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Work from Home Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through online chat interactions. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management


Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate individual with a strong dedication to customer service - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to persuade others - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
